PROCESS

1. Envision it.

Complete the Information Form – Start by filling out the information page on our website and submitting your details. This helps us understand your vision and get started on crafting the perfect album.

Welcome Email – Once we receive your form, you'll receive a personalised welcome email from us, introducing you to the next steps in our process.

2. Claim it.

Secure Your Spot with a 50% Deposit – To begin the creation of your album, we require a 50% deposit. Once we receive your deposit, we’ll start crafting your custom album.

3. Relive it.

Share Your Wedding Day Details – To capture every meaningful moment, we’ll ask you to provide detailed information about your wedding day. Simply fill out the Google Doc form we provide or, if you prefer, we can send you a PDF to complete and return. This ensures we collect everything needed to make your album truly personal.

4. Refine it.

Personalisation Consultation (for Signature Albums) – If you've selected one of our Signature Albums, we’ll schedule an online call or meeting to discuss your unique personalisations. We’ll work with you to design an album that reflects your style and story.

Submit Your Content – To begin the creation process, upload up to 250 photos, your wedding playlist, speeches, vows, and any additional details or memories you'd like included. We recommend using [Google Drive/Dropbox] for easy upload and access. Simply send us a link to your folder, and we’ll take it from there.

5. Approve it.

Preliminary Draft Review – Within 3–4 weeks, we’ll send you a preliminary draft of your album for review. This will include your personalised details and photos. You’ll have the opportunity to request minor changes at this stage to make sure it’s perfect.

Final Payment and Printing – Once you’ve approved the draft and any final changes have been made, we’ll request the remaining 50% payment. Upon receipt of the full payment, we’ll send your album to print, and it will be delivered to you in its full, finished glory.

6. Share it.

Your finished album is a treasured keepsake, ready to be shared with loved ones for generations to come.
